A simple connecting clip 1 (FIGS. 1 and 2) contains two longitudinally separate and resilient legs 2 and 3 rigidly connected at one end, bounding the clamp area 4 of the electrical wires, and a longitudinal groove 5 between the clamp area 4 and the rigid connection of both elastic legs 2 and 3, the connecting clip 1 being made of solid metal strip, the elastic legs 2 and 3 are separated by a notch 6 in the area 4 of the clip. The resilient tabs 2 and 3 are crossed one relative to another around the flexible edge 7, 8 extending in the area of the connecting clip, the entrance 9 of the connecting clip in the part adjacent to area 4 has a parabolic shape, and the contact surfaces in the area of the clip are covered with contact material.
The double connecting clip (fig. 3) is intended to connect two insulated electric wires and is made in the same way as a simple connecting clip.
